Ashurity Responsibilities

Ashurity believes in providing much needed Health Management reports which are updated on a regular basis of the Subject of Care (SoC) to their far away loved ones.

We assign a reliable dedicated Care Manager (RoC) who is assigned look after your parents’ needs.

After the Subject of Care (SoC) is signed up with the organization,

  • • We introduce a dedicated Ashurity support team member, who will explain the services that are included in the plan and teach as how to avail the services to the Subject of Care (SoC)
    • •The Ashurity support team member:

    • o Makes a visit to understand the Subject of Care (SoC) thoroughly.
    • o Discusses with the Doctor about the SoC and plan the subsequent activities accordingly.
    • o Introduces the SoC and their Kith and Kin to our web interface and mobile app. He also trains the SoC on how to use and navigate the Web interface and mobile app.

    We offer an easy enrolment process consisting of profiling, planning visits by paramedics to record vitals, assembling reports of your elderly loved ones, and providing alerts for any anomalies in the vitals for timely interventions, along with health updates when hospitalised and emergency support.

    We provide doctor consultations / expert doctor consultations on a regular basis. If you require any information regarding medical reports or emergency details of your loved ones’, you can conveniently track them via the web portal and mobile app. All these are done through the easy-to-use Ashurity App and Ashurity platform, with Ashurity staff guiding you through the entire process.

    Out of scope of our work (We DO NOT undertake the following):

    • • We do not provide nursing care to the patient.
    • • We do not do feeding or provide eatables, water, or other liquids, even if advised by the doctor.
    • • We do not take bed care of the SoCs.
    • • We do not administer medicines as prescribed by the doctors.
    • • We do not accompany the patient to the hospital for review/investigation except only when a special request is made by the SoC and/or their kith and kin as nominated by the SoC.
    • • We do not engage with the SoC for exercises, walking, or physiotherapy.
    • • We do not handle collection and disposal of bio-medical waste (if any) generated at the SoC’s premises
