Account Deletion

If you want to discontinue with our services and want to delete your account, you and or your nominated Kith and Kin should send in a request in writing to Ashurity to delete Your account to the email listed on this site.

The organization would initiate the deletion of your account. Once your account is deleted, all associated Services and access will be discontinued. However, certain data may be retained for legal compliance and business continuity, as outlined in this Section.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. All disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
