Tailor Made Health Management Plan

After the Subject of Care (SoC) is signed up or during the signing up process with the organization,

  • • We introduce a dedicated Ashurity support team member, who will explain the services that are included in the plan and teach as how to avail the services to the Subject of Care (SoC)
    • The Ashurity support team member:

    • • Makes a visit to understand the Subject of Care (SoC) thoroughly.
    • • Discusses with the Doctor about the SoC and plan the subsequent activities accordingly.
    • • Introduces the SoC and their Kith and Kin to our web interface and mobile app. He also trains the SoC on how to use and navigate the Web interface and mobile app.
